  Called him on friday 7:30am explaining my furnace wasn't working. He said he'd be here, hopefully in the morning. I called back at 4pm because no one showed. Left message. It's Wednesday, I still haven't heard from anyone at Nicholas........

  Found this guy on home advisor, Don't waste your time, he set a 9am appointment with me and never showed up, when I called him his excuse was, " I guess I'm late", I told him not to bother showing up. I then noticed all the horrible reviews on this guy, buyer beware.
