  We had a series of issues with our plumbing and heating after a cold snap broke some pipes. Our crew with Bobby and Michael were considerate of our budget and time constraints to get the proper repairs done in a timely manner. Their communication was excellent and thorough, walking us through every step with mindfulness where they could and couldn’t give us guarantees. Very professional and courteous! Can’t sing their praises enough!

  Tyler was very thorough and detailed when explaining what he had found and some things to look out for. We are first time home owners and did not know certain things we needed to do, but Tyler explained everything to us. I will definitely call them in the future and for yearly inspections/cleanings. Thanks again Tyler!

  I contacted A. Johnson Plumbing and Heating via their website. I was able to schedule an Inspection of an Existing Furnace and Inspection of an Existing Hot Water Heater. Deidre with customer service was very helpful with helping me get everything set up since I had to be out of town. Once I returned and contacted Deidre she scheduled a Service Call that week. I received confirmation from them with the Technician and approximate time of his arrival. Jesse the Service Technician arrived promptly and we reviewed what I had concerns with. He was Professional, Courteous, and made some Recommendations. He checked with his office to see if he would be able to replace the Hot Water Heater and was able to set up the Replacement the same day. Once I gave him my approval he proceeded to get the Hot Water Heater and returned to install it along with finished his service of the Furnace. He reviewed all pricing and options available prior to any work and reviewed all costs after finished. I was pleased with the services they offered and they were very easy to work with. Thank you Deidre and Jesse.
