Our 30-year-old AC died in the hottest part of the summer. Ed came out and calculated what size unit we needed, suggested solutions to poor design choices made when the unit was originally installed in 1989, and provided an estimated price that fit within our budget. More importantly, he said he could have our house cool again within a week. Even though the installation was made tougher by having to first create a new access point for the attic air handler, Ed and his team were able to get our air conditioner installed on time and on budget. I highly recommend Newman Heating & Air. Their service, customer communication, and professionalism are excellent.
