  Excellent service and amazing pricing! My thermostat went out completely on a Friday morning. I called Newman, and though they were busy, they found time to squeeze me in. Laura was so polite and very helpful, and within just a couple of hours of my call, Alex was there. He was very professional and courteous, and had my new thermostat in quickly and did a nice clean install: I have an old house, and the wall is plaster, but he did not make a mess and the install looks great! He tested AC and heat to make sure all was working properly. And the price was excellent! I have found my new heating/cooling service company!

  Newman Air responded to my early morning service request promptly and sent a technician over within the hour! They were professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and straightforward, taking the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and what kind of timeline I could expect moving forward. Highly recommend!

  I have had 3 heat pumps installed in the last two years from Newman. Great experience and will be getting a 4th soon. They have come to address my concerns twice on the same day I've called recently. Highly recommend
