Paid for new freon twice in a 3 month period. First time we were told we were leaking freon and someone would be out to fix it, never heard back. Had someone come back out and diagnose it as a different issue. Took out the freon we paid for 2.5 months ago and charged us for new freon. Would rather burn my house down than deal with these thieves again.

We had just moved into a new home. Our AC was messed up and Robert was the man who came to help. He was so nice and you could tell he wanted to get the problem solved. Very professional and I would recommend this company if you need help with anything!

This is my second experience with AireServ.  My first was a maintenance contract and this time, I purchased a full install of an HVAC unit.  As always, the interactions were professional and customer oriented.  They completed the work timely and efficiently.  I would definitely use this company again!

They were on time and did a through job, had a issues the next day and they responded same day for a quick fix ( capacitor was loose in bracket ) replaced bracket. Unit is running smoothly for a 18 yr old.

Great service!  Repair person kept in touch and let us know when he was heading to our house.  Quickly assessed the problem and had it solved all in one trip.  The heat in our house is working perfectly again!

AireServ is the only HVAC repair I trust. I've had lots of other groups in to work on my heat pump, and every single one has left more damage than they fixed. Not AireServ! My go-to, every time, from now forward.

I would have given them 10 stars if that was an option.  My AC went out and me and my son were miserable!  (Mind you its a holiday).  I called Aire Serv and they sent someone out within a few hours.  Jerry was my tech and he was awesome! Very informative and knowledgeable.  And with it being a holiday,  i wasn't charged an outrageous service call fee!  I am so thankful and grateful. In the course of 18 mos or so, we have had at least 3 different techs here.  We bought the Silver Plan as it seemed like a good thing to have.  The techs have been very up front with us regarding investing in a new AC/Heating unit and have patched us up a few times.  My only complaint is that with this plan,  we still pay for Freon and  parts..even though we have a plan.  If the unit were newer, then the twice a year tune ups would be beneficial.  When you are on a limited income, you need to watch all the money.  I also didn't like the fact that the tech has to call in to the office when they are ready to charge us out.  Like why aren't things a set price.  Will continue to use them as they have always been fair and truthful with us.

I have used Aire Serv for 4 or 5 years now for twice a year tune-ups and a couple repairs.  I have been pleased with their performance, professionalism, and pricing.  I will continue to use their services and recommend them as well.

Jerry was the technician that fixed our HVAC unit and he did a great job. Came home from work and found out basement flooded. Our technician arrived within 45 minutes of our call for help. He was polite and professional. Definitely recommend.
