  I wouldn’t use this business, I watched one of their drivers cut someone off making them drive off the road. The driver they cut off flipped them off after they caught back up and the company van flipped off the driver in return. If I cut someone off and made them go off the road I’d at least take accountability for my mistake. Unprofessional to say the least, license plate TK447NNN. 1/18/2022 around 3 pm

  We needed someone to come out to diagnose a problem with our commercial refrigerator and Jason was literally the only person who called me back that could help. I explained that we were under a bit of a time crunch and he squeezed us into his schedule. He showed up when he said he would, he was an absolute professional, he was honest, and he made sure to provide all the information for our church to make an educated decision on what to do next. Great experience.

  We could not be more pleased with Jason at New Castle Heating and Cooling. When I called him to get a estimate he had me a quote fast and exactly as promised. He added value into his sale that went above and beyond what anyone else had to offer. He took the time to answer my many questions without hesitation and made us feel that he not only wanted our business but appreciated it. We approved his quote and he set me a date when the equipment would be in and installed and kept that promise date. We had a top efferent system installed and could not be any happier. You can not hardly tell it’s running it’s so quiet. They also showed up at the time given and when they left everything was cleaned up and we could not tell that they had worked here all day. It was a very professional job. If your in the market for a new system or even need service DO NOT hesitate to let these guys earn your business. We are not disappointed and I don’t think you will be either. Kudos to Jason and his team !
