  Was called multiple times by my mother to do a yearly service ...2 weeks goes by no return call to confirm .. Mom calls back and has a 9 am appointment confirmed. 9 am comes and goes. No call about running late so at 2 pm gets another heating and air guy to come in a 3 days. Next day about 1 gets a call from the owner he is on his way..mom says don't bother I got someone else to do it.owner says. "I hope they stick it to ya"...really??? Huffy heating and cooling will never get another referral from me or my friends!!!

  Called yesterday and he came today! On a Saturday, no less! He was able to fix our air in no time and was very reasonable! We will definitely be using Guffey's for any of our future HVAC needs!!

  Made all kinds of excuses and never showed up. Tried 4 times to get them to our house. Flat tire, looked at wrong schedule and today didn’t even call or show up.
