  Neptune Air Duct Cleaning & HVAC have always tried to repair the furnace and air conditioning units as economically as possible. When the furnace was no longer able to be repaired, they installed a new one at very low cost. They have been prompt with their service calls and accommodate client work schedules. This company, their technicians and office staff have been easy to work with. Their work is efficient, thorough, and effective.

  Neptune Air Duct Cleaning & HVAC relocated our furnace to our crawl space allowing us to remodel our utility room to a bedroom. They redid everything. We also got a new AC and a tank less hot water heater. The guys were on time, professional, cleaned up every day and great. It was a 6 day job and they were amazing! They were even tolerant of the family dog who followed them everywhere for 6 days. Great company that we have used again and again over the years! Highly recommend it!

  I needed a furnace inspection after sensing something wasn't right last heating season. Neptune Air Duct Cleaning & HVAC's team quickly arranged a time and the technician advised that the heat exchanger on our 16 year old furnace was shot. The team was very efficient at getting me a quote. Mike was booked in to do the install and he did an amazing work. Couldn't be happier!
