Steven was great! We moved in to a new home that has geothermal heating & cooling. We had no knowledge of how the system worked. Steven took the time to explain everything and taught us how everything works. Very happy to have their service and will use them again in the future!

If there was a 10 star rating I would give it to Ryan, as he was incredible! He worked efficiently and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and asked if I had any questions. He also provided some recommendations that I wasn’t aware of to help with airflow and cleanliness. I will only go through Nelson Comfort moving forward because my experience can’t be beat.

Spencer arrived promptly at 8:15, and got our furnace and humidifier all checked out, new filters, etc. Efficient and pleasant. We have used Nelson for approx. The past 18 years and have always been happy with their service
