Upon moving to this area I sought their service in order to have our AC and heat checked for maintenance since purchasing a new home. They were very busy understandably due to this being a small area and not many HVAC businesses around. They came on 5-17-21 and installed a filter and performed a preventative maintenance check. They did not charge for this service at that time and when I called and left a voicemail to see if anything was owed I was never called back. I figured this was a free service. I had to get my heat unit detailed cleaned and the man who performed the service who also changed the filter advised the previous filter was shoved in there and it was not the correct size. Later on I needed to have an exposed wire replaced on my AC. I called and they were able to come out to perform the service on 9-22-21. They called to see if I was home prior to coming. I was not home, but allowed them to come out to replace the wire. Once again I was not told of any cost and did not receive a call after the service was performed to let me know how things went. Upon looking at the AC (because I needed to put foam pipping around the pipe) I did not see anything that looked like a new wire so I have no idea if any service was truly performed. Fast forward to 12-13-21 and I received a bill in the mail for $198.59. You can understand how alarmed I was to receive a bill from this company after 7 months! The bill stated "Sorry for the late billing. Due to unforeseen circumstances our billing is way behind. We apologize for any inconvenience." Now I can understand being behind, but for a business to not communicate charges to a customer and to bill them right around the holidays is outlandish.

Gentlemen. That is the best way to describe the two men who serviced our furnace. They could not have been nicer or communicated better. They did not try to find new problems to fix to run up the bill. What they did find, they found quickly, had the parts on the truck and did the work. Now we are warm again. We could not have been more pleased with this company. Their business card is not attached to the family refrigerator.

DON’T BOTHER!! Called them Wednesday morning to fix furnace. Said they would try and get out my way that afternoon. At about 6pm got a call from one of the technicians asking if it was ok he come out Thursday or Friday. Told him I didn’t want to wait till Friday with no heat please come Thursday. He said ok. Thursday morning around 10:30 I called number from caller ID to ask technician when he thought he would be out to my place . He didn’t answer so I left a message. 2 hours later I hadn’t heard back so I called the office and of course no answer, so I left a message asking for someone to call me to give an estimate as to when someone would be out to fix my furnace.. Today Is Friday and i still haven’t gotten a return phone call from them. Luckily I called someone else Thursday evening and they came right out and fixed my furnace.
