  Called and man came to my home for a repair and tried to sell me a new unit. I rejected the idea, and insisted all I needed was the motor changed. He said he could do it and would call me back upon his return to the shop. I heard nothing that day or the following day. I called texted and left several messages. After messaging and saying I was going to leave this review, did they answer..... and they were not happy. Said if he caught me in Maysville he would beat me... hope to see him around town and sort it out, as I’ll be moving there as soon as my HVAC is fixed..... would not recommend this, so called service..... there isn’t an option for zero stars is the only reason I gave one.

  They came out at 8:00pm, in bad weather, to get us a part so we could get our renter's furnace running. Great service and I will definitely call them first for any HVAC needs.

  They are on their schedule and show up just whenever they feel like. They may tell you a certain time that they will be on the job but it could be hours or just a no show. No courtesy call or anything. Your just left hanging.
