  I called to get same day service. After calling a few others who said there was no way they could get me in same day, I found Neels' Plumbing. Mr. Neels answered and asked exactly what issues I was having. Within a couple hours Travis was calling to let me know he was on the way. Travis was friendly and professional from the very beginning. He explained what needed to be done and got it done quickly. Neels' Plumbing will definitely be my first call from now on!

  They replaced a water shut off valve in our home. In the course of doing this, they found a leak at our meter and called the Branson City Water Department for us and explained to them the problem which the city was responsible for, not us. Great service, friendly, and prompt. I would highly recommend this company.
