  Couldn’t get past the receptionist’s unfriendly, pandering attitude. We build houses, so I’m not completely ignorant on Hvac systems. The receptionist, would not give a ballpark figure or ask for my number for a return call form someone smarter than her, for replacement hvac system. Mentioned, 3 ton heat pump and ac needed replaced for better efficiency. Not asking for figure in stone but will mark those on list, that are way higher priced, off list. Marking off list just bc of piss-poor attitude. Can’t imagine you really want this to be the first intro to your company.
