  We had our new air and heating system put in over a year ago and it’s awesome. Every person I speak with, both on the phone and in person are so helpful. We are beyond happy with the system and service. Had Jose come today for our scheduled maintenance. He answered all my questions, and asked if I had any concerns. He made a few adjustments in flow to rooms and changed our filter as well as did the check up on both air and furnace. This company wants to be sure you’re satisfied with everything! Thanks Nature Guard Heating & Air!

  First we thought they were quality professionals to help us with our furnace issues. They told us other companies would try to sell us a new furnace and even though they didn't like the brand of ours, they wouldn't ever recommend a new furnace for us since its only 6 years old. They charged us for a sensor cleaning for $250 and claimed they fixed the issue with our furnace. The next morning we were still having issues and we called to let them know and they said we all of the sudden needed a furnace…. We called a different company out for a second opinion as they suggested and it had nothing to do with the sensor being dirty. First off, the other company showed us that this company cleaned it with the wrong tools after we told them it was cleaned with a paper towel and sponge and they didn’t do it properly at all. More importantly, we discovered had an air flow issue and its pretty disturbing that after a couple visits, their professionals couldn’t notice this. Now our furnace is running just fine and we tried calling for a refund for the cleaning and no one will return our calls. We were happy to pay for the service call but once we learned how poor of a job was done and how unprofessional the manager was handling it all, we are very disappointed in this service. Be careful using them!!!

  We received bids from a number of local businesses. The bid from Nature Guard Heating AND Air was significantly lower than the others. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and accommodating. When I proposed at the last minute that we install the new AC unit in a different area than where the old one was, the owner and I FaceTimed and he assisted us in getting everything sorted out. It was a 10/10 experience. It comes highly recommended!
