Jarrod was prompt, thorough and professional. National was recommended through one of my clients and I will be recommending as well. Also, the customer service was great and followed up with me to let me know when to expect service. The other company I called …. Still has not called me back. With no heat in February I am very happy I called National and that they did their due diligence to get here as fast as they could. I also thought the cost of the service was extremely fair. Good work Jarrod & National!

I've never written a review before but felt compelled to do so with National Refrigeration. I have been a residential customer with National Refrigeration for over 10 years. Over this time, beside preventative maintenance calls, I have had a heat exchanger, draft motor and circuit board replaced. In all instances, I have found their technicians (Dave P and Ryan most recently) to be prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, neat, professional and always willing to answer my numerous questions. Brian Kelly as Service Manager as well as Elizabeth and Jessica as service department representatives have always been extremely good to deal with on quotes or service coordination. I highly recommend National Refrigeration as HVAC service contractor.

Sam the repairman showed up on Christmas Eve, he was very friendly, professional and found the problem promptly. However, the part couldn’t be replaced until after Christmas. Not Sam’s fault. He was back early after the holiday and replaced the part. Furnace is working great. Sam was wonderful, an asset to your company.
