Issue with my furnace not turning on. Daniel came over on Saturday and repaired another company's work. He went through everything and was extremely thorough in doing so. Fixed everything and was able to get my furnace up and running before the cold. Highly recommend Murray's, and Daniel is a great asset to the company!

We had other HVAC companies come and try to fix our furnace a couple of weeks ago, both of which were unsuccessful in fixing the problem. We were happy to receive a recommendation to contact Murray's. Not only did they fix the issue, they did so with excellent service. I would recommend them highly and plan to use their services in the future.

They don't appear to be well managed. Their office is 3 miles away; a 7 minute drive. After waiting over 1 week for my appointment, I was called the afternoon before the 9AM appointment, to re-schedule because they had a technician visit from out of town. -No emergency. Then, the estimator arrived at the new time, gathered all the information, and told me that he'd prepare a quote. 1 hour later, they call back; they can't they can't do the work at all! The job was to install A/C on a 6 year old furnace, replace duct work and add 3 new vents. Every competitor had no issue with the job. The details of the job were relayed to the operator before the initial appointment was made, so there really was no reason for this.. If they're that busy, they probably shouldn't waste time sending people to jobs that they can not do. After all of this, I was told that they would send me an e-mail with another individual that could do the work. That e-mail never arrived even though I confirmed my email with their staff twice

We apologize that we had to reschedule an appointment with 12 hrs advance notice. The distance to our office unfortunately is not a deciding factor when an emergency arises. In this line of work not all jobs are cut and dry and need to be seen to determine the scope of the work. Our office staff is not able to do this over the phone. Our estimator looked and the job and determined that we did not have the time in our schedule to complete the work in a timely manner, we did not want to hold you up, and called you right away. A referral, by email, was given as soon as our phone conversation ended, perhaps it went to your spam folder. We even called the referral to let him know that you would be calling. (June 10th at 12:25 pm) We do not consider interactions with potential customers ever a waste of time. We apologize that we had to decline your project, and hope it went well for you.
