  The crew from Servepro just left , i worked with Liz , she was extremely professional and explained the process to me ever step of the way . They all made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain the cleanup process . I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a professional water cleanup to there home or business.   This is a business with national reach, but still picks up the phone and treats their customers with a high level of care. I worked with Jess and her team throughout the process. She coordinated directly with my insurance to ensure a painless payment. Communication was excellent from the first call until job complete - I was never left wondering about anything. Not to mention the quality of work and cleanup was exceptional as well! If you have water damage to your home, do not hesitate to contact SERVPRO of SW Onondaga County.
