  Says free estimates, but charged me $80 Then couldn't fix it for a week. Did a good job on repair fast and friendly service on day of serbice. (A week later with no heat) Still working fine but couldn't justify extra cost, so I won't use him again.

  Well... if 0 stars was an option then that’s what this company would get. He did a job for my bf- complete rip off. Let me start with.. one, he billed hour and half job that took him 30 mins- which he, quoted as saying “that’ll be better for you in the bill.”.. apparently not & he justified the cost as travel time ...ummm we’re talking about Pendleton- it takes me 59 mins to get to Pendleton from TC..he must’ve taken the scenic route 🚘 🌳. Second, my bf was charged $15 for overnight s/h for the part .. it didn’t come til 2 days later & he rescheduled for a week later..really??! No heat but that’s ok ... just bundle up in layers 🥶. Wellll...let's just say, I was the one that convinced my bf to go with a small ‘local’ business.. you know, support the little guys... best bet is to go with the bigger companies bc now I know how this small business keeps his doors open 😡.
