  Called the Pendleton branch in the morning and had a technician at my house within a few hours. Guy was nice and personable. Got our heater fixed and running in no time. 10/10 I will recommend gordons to any of my friends needing heating and ac services!

  The owner, Dan, came out to give us a bid on a new AC unit and then never completed/ sent the bid... reached out several times and the lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful: told me she would "pass my message along"- did this twice- no response. Someone should not have to try this hard just to get a bid sent via email- Very unprofessional!
