  Two days after Christmas, my family and I woke up to snow and an HVAC system that quit working during the night due to mechanical failure. The house was extremely cold and we knew we may not find anyone to come out on such short notice and during the Christmas break. My wife called Mullhausen Heating and Air, left a message and they quickly called us back. The owner of the company seemed to truly care about our problem, and even though they were booked today, he told us he would make sure they made out to us today. Once they arrived, they were very courteous, polite, and again seemed to truly care about the problem. They quickly got to work and within a couple of hours we had heat again. I have owned many homes and had many different HVAC companies do work for me, so I had a pretty good idea (based on past experience) what they may charge for an emergency job, with two guys on site. To my surprise, the bill was about a third of what I was expecting. Thank you Mullhausen for the quick response, great work and the very reasonable bill. To anyone one who wants an honest, professional, trustworthy, service oriented HVAC company that won't gouge you price wise, this is the company. It is nice to see that these types of companies still exist. I will recommend you to everyone I know. THANK YOU again Mullhausen for everything.

  Two days ago I needed emergency service--- and Mullhausen HVAC immediately came to my rescue!!! Amazing company in every aspect!!! Knowledgeable, efficient, reliable .... are only a few accolades that describe this company!!!! Google reviews will only allow me to give them 5 stars but they are really a 10 Star company!!!!

  I've been dealing with Mullhausen for over 20years. This is the most trustworthy company I have ever dealt with. After my husband passed away 7years ago, Wayne Mullhausen has always been here for me. He and his crew are honest,courteous, fair and always willing to go the extra mile. I can't say enough good things about Mullhausen!
