  I believe the owner knows what he's doing, and can get the job done right. But when you call in to the office, a gal by the name of Cheryl can be snippity and always sends out Tony. Tony has been out numerous times and can never get to the bottom of an issue on his own. He personally told us that he doesn't know the types of units we have very well. So we've been billed thousands of dollars and Tony has made numerous trips out, but still don't have a cooler that works properly.

  They said they charged our central ac last year went to turn it on and now it blows hot heat and the fan on the unit does not work after they touched it last year..worked fine tilm there amateurs came out and broke it.. Now they want to charge us to come look at it and fix it.. Sorry excuse for a electric company
