  We purchased a newly built home that Berlin Heating and Cooling had installed the HVAC system in. Our house wasn't heating properly, so we called the emergency line since it's 20 degrees outside. Clay answered my voicemail within three minutes of calling and drove two hours to troubleshoot and fix our issue. Prompt, professional service and explained what the issue was and had it repaired within the hour. I would highly recommend their services!

  I can't say enough good things about Berlin Heating & Cooling. We had an estimate made last year for central air and decided to wait a year. I called early this summer to schedule and they were able to pull up my paperwork from last year and get me scheduled in within a few weeks and our air has been wonderful. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much! Job well done! May 2020 Update We moved to a new house this year and had such excellent service with Berlin Heating & Cooling at our old house of coarse we called them right away. Marion came out gave us an estimate with a few different options. We agreed to have the work done and they came out in a timely manner and fixed us up with a new furnace and a/c unit. The staff is super friendly and polite. Berlin Heating & Cooling are great people to work with. I highly recommend them!

  Berlin Heating and Cooling are top notch. Marion and Mae and their team of friendly professional and highly competent techs are my only choice for HVAC for my businesses and personal equipment. Plus they have the best products in the business RHEEM. It’s great to have them available to help when I have a need in HVAC.
