We have used Mr. Chill in the past and had a great experience. I called to get my AC serviced and to check for a leak in the pan. They were supposed to be at the house between 12:00-2:00. They called at 1:30 to tell us they couldn’t service it because it was too cold. Would have been nice if they called before we drove an hour to meet them, especially since it’s been cold since this morning.

Mr. Chill has always been our go to for AC /heating . They recently replaced 2 new minisplit for me. Unlike so many other business they had both in stock so we did not have “ backorder” issues which seem prevalent these days. They gave us a great estimate and installed quickly. They are knowledgeable and honest- no trying to oversell you !  Very happy with them and we will continue to select Mr Chill for our AC/heating  issues when they arise!

Everytime I have called.. the person on the phone "Belinda" is not professional. I've had to deal with her everytime I've called! She is rude and has a tone when I ask questions.. and when I'm done  and say thank you and goodbye.. she just hangs up! I hadn't said anything but today she just ticked me off! I really dislike people like that.. if you can't be nice and have great customer service,  you are in the wrong field.

Liz, sorry you had a bad experience with Belinda

After purchasing the protectors, our unit has stopped working for the second time. We’ve only been in our home for 2 months. A technician was sent the first time it stopped working to install the protectors and fixed the issue, second time we were told TWICE on different days someone would come it has been a week and still no one has showed up. The TECHNICIAN told me at this point I have to call the electric company because of the outages but how are they going to fix our issue?????? It’s like these people don’t ever want to work their customer service is horrible as soon as they answer the phone they talk to you rudely, don’t let you finish talking or even give you a solution. What a joke of a company.

Our heater is broken & we've been needing some help getting it fixed. My fiance's family has been trying to help us by calling around. However today they talked to the front desk person of this business & she belittled my fiance for not being the one to make the call without knowing that my fiance has mental disabilities & has a hard time communicating with people. We were planning on trying to use their service but after dealing with someone who doesn't understand that some adults have disabilities & need help/guidence from others we decided to find a different company.
