Brian held all his promises during the entire process from initial home A/C system evaluation and all the way to the project completion. I lost count of how many phone calls we had to discuss technical details of my project. Brian is very knowledgeable, experienced and humble person. It was extremely easy to communicate with him while looking for the best execution of my project. If A/C system installed for your house struggles with keeping a desired temperature and maintaining a healthy relative humidity levels within your house leaving space then the Crossway Mechanical would be your very best bet for resolving those issues. My project was completed last week (mid November 2021). The idea for my project came to me after watching a number of youtube videos created by a professional builder Matt Risinger located in Austin. Matt talks a lot in his videos about poor construction practices widely used in TX for the house building. After some research on internet and a couple of phone calls I was eventually referred to Brian Wright (Crossway Mechanical owner). A few days later Brian visited my house back in early September to evaluate A/C units installed in the attic for a 2-story house. Static pressure was thru the roof on both A/C units, super tight attic had nearly zero ventilation due to improperly installed ridge vents and baffles. Upon completion of A/C system evaluation Brian emailed me a very detailed report highlighting a myriad of HVAC design deficiencies along with technical solutions for each problem. After all, my project evolved into a beast that comprised 1. roof shingles replacement that included O'Hagen engineering calculation for attic air intake/exhaust and installation of new exhaust vents across entire roof, 2. attic insulation removal, 3. A/C ductwork demolition, 4. new ductwork installation, 5. complete redesign of return & supply plenums for both A/C units including replacement of original filter media with superior Aprilaire filtration, 6. installation of E100 model dehumidifier, 7. attic air sealing and putting a fresh Celbar cellulose insulation with R-38 value.

One of the most professional companies I Have ever dealt with. They were on point, very knowledgeable about the air conditioning and the problem. I had another appointment that I could not miss and they went to buy the parts came back and fixed my air conditioner without my being there. When I came home the air was on full and functional and cool. I recommend them highly and I promise I would’ve left my key if I had another to let him in but he said he did not need access to the inside as he left the unit running turned off the breaker so that we wouldn’t damage the condenser and when he returned continue to fix. An amazing company that I will definitely work with in the future. Thank you so very much. Juan was a phenomenal worker.

Outstanding company, their dedication to their work and efforts to explain and hear your concerns is without equal in my experience working with other HVAC companies. I was impressed with their willingness to discuss design and explain the design they determined while also listening to your input. I used Crossway to inspect and document my homes system for builder warranty and to install a dehumidifier and couldn't be happier with their work. I recommend this business to anyone looking for an HVAC company that really cares about their workmanship and image. With regard to cost, in my quoting they were competitive with others but provided far more value making it an easy choice.
