  This company has made me learn to never work with anyone on an hourly rate. I have had my mini split systems serviced over the last 10 years I have watched many technicians blow out the drain lines with CO2 less than one hour for all four evaporators in one apartment. I always paid $350 per apartment for all 4 evaporators -$400 max Wow what a racket, $250 an hour, plus gas, plus parking, plus the co2 to actually blow out the lines!!! I got ripped for over $950.00 for one apartment!!! and nothing i can do since i wasn't there they took their time and charged any fee they could on top and called to collect whenever they were done. Unfortunately first time and the last time for me. You would think they would charge normal prices to engage someone who would need maintenance and service every year And have a consistent customer. eh some times in life you just get burned and need to take a loss

  we apologize your experience wasn't great with our services. all rates are always disclosed prior to heading to a first time customer. when you had called you said you would like your drain lines blown out and we had informed you of the rate. you are probably right and we probably were not the correct company for your needs as we are a high end company that doesn't go to just blow out drain lines as with a maintenance on HVAC it requires much more then that. Not sure after 10 years why the need to use another company if you have been happy with the rates of your existing companies that charge per room and being that it was only about a $250 difference I wouldn't say you got burned we just charge a higher rate for our vast knowledge and skills in the field and its the same if you want mediocre maintenance just to blow your lines out or if you would like a full maintenance. Again I do sincerely apologize the miscommunication but nothing we do here is to burn anyone and all of our prices are more then clear and are made known prior to going so instances like this do not happen and know for a fact your were informed of our rates a couple times . We have been in business for more the 40 years and deal with single family homes all the way up for high end residential and commercial HVAC equipment and have a great deal of knowledge in this field and all of our mechanics have been with our company for a min of 12 years. In the future if your happy with an existing company then it would be in your best interest to stick with them as they are also familiar with your equipment and the best way to service them as attending to a new client it is a bit more time consuming in this case one hour extra to know where everything is because you were unable to meet our mechanic on site to show him where everything is. I apologize again for the misunderstanding and am happy to offer one years supply of filters for your units at no charge if you decide to use us in the future. All the best.

  I cannot say enough about More Air!! We worked with another company that did the bare work necessary to upkeep our machine and it’s wasn’t till we had more air come in that we realized how much damage the other company did to our HVAC machine. Was a mess. The service mode air provides is amazing and Cory who has been my point person is attentive and really does give a s%t about his clients. My business has had some hard summers in the past and now our AC is in great shape and we are with a company we can trust to do a good job and not just give us a quick filter change. Be aware of what you pay for and make sure to ask for a quote from them cause it includes a lot you def need to keep the longevity of your air workin!
