All I can say is Big Shot A-MAZ-ING!!! I have been overwhelmed with organizing my apartment. My friend came up with the idea of building a cabinet / storage unit. We go to HD and was sent straight to an angel to cut our wood. Big shot not only wood he built the unit for me.   Omg one more thing off my plate. I will be forever grateful to Big Shot and HD for having such a dedicated and talented associate. Thank you so much Big Shot!!

This College Point Home Depot is very well stocked most times and still a hidden gem.

Because there is a Home Depot in Flushing proper, this has been my default location in the Queens County area for far-too-many years.

Knowledgeable staff, fantastic courteous Security personnel, and just an all round joy to visit since this location opened and few knew about it.

Disappointing. Too much stuff in garden/plant/flower section. Cannot even walk through with the cart, no less turn around. Squirrels running around, over stock in lighting section. The outside area definitely needs some service, security. I watched a guy walk away with about 20 red mandavilla containers! I looked around, no employees, I went back inside, told garden cashier, he didn't say anything, just proceeded to scan me out?! When I "found" security, it was too late, and he just said, "I'm the only guard". What a joke.

They added cash to the self checkout, before it was only cards, and that makes it quicker for everyone. Open late, until 10PM most nights. So that's a good thing.

More than horrible services!!!!!!!! As a GC company we order materials from homedepot and pick up in this store average twice a week,  always have issues while picking up, missing items almost all the time!!!!!!!!!! Our workers have to be back and forth times plus waiting for hours for the pick up products, but always disappointed at the end!!!!!!! Employees working there are more than irresponsible & irritated!!!!! We have to be patience as much as we can , no one could tolerate encounters like this again & again!!!!!

Placed an online order for an item that showed it was "IN STOCK".  I also paid for same day delivery.

Three days later and the item was NEVER delivered.  I did not receive a follow up email from them telling me that my item would not be delivered. When you call the 800 number for online orders you learn that ONLY the store can reverse the charge and you need to call the store directly.

Why bother having an online business when you aren't able to fill online orders.  When I placed the order, it clearly stated that the product was in stock...why I never received it I have no idea....as I type this review I have been on hold with College Point location for 10 mins trying to get them to give me a credit.

Truly customer service at its WORST.

Still on hold...still do not have any answers...checked my bank account and HomeDepot still has my $232.97.

On Saturday September 18, 2021  4 P.M. Huge line back to the end of the store. Only 2 cashiers. And it it not black Friday yet.

A good HD location with many specialists available for design projects and scheduling installation with contractors for the non-DIY crowd. Also great service when ordering on-line and usually same-day in person pick-up within a few hours when notified by email.

Terrible customer service! People are very lazy here. Ive been waiting 45 minutes for help. Had them call the manager, page someone to assist.. waited some more. The manager was very dismissive as well. Never coming back here

Very nice and organized place , has lots of parking and many amenities for customers.  As far as help there are people but not so many to choose from you need to wait to fond some one to.find. lots of parking. Lots of items tonchoose from and to buy.
