  Took a cooking class. Instructor was very nice but seemed new or nervous or something. It was more her showing than us cooking. I feel like you can get the same from watching a YouTube video and then doing it yourself and you would actually get to cook more. Made 1 thing out of 3 things demonstrated

  The staff is friendly and willing to walk you through the application process. The class size is small and the professors are personable. My professor gets emails directly from employers hoping to find students who want jobs in the field, even before graduation.
