  Setting up an appointment to have our ducts cleaned was very easy via phone. The phone rep got the details of our home in order to give an accurate cost of what it was going to be for our home. They also told us what other services and prices they could offer us the day of, should we decide to accept those while they are there. The tech, Sean, called us the afternoon before our appointment to remind us and let us know what time he would be there. He arrived the next day and let us know what he would be doing. He was incredibly thorough, making two passes through our house, then spraying inside the vents to help prevent future dust from building up. He showed my husband pictures of the before and after's...noting this had probably never been done before in our 31-year-old house. He made a recommendation of doing this every 10 years for our house, given the size and that we have dogs. For an all-day project, price was very reasonable! Will certainly use again....in 10 years!

  Great experience. People who I spoke with on the phone were very friendly and accommodating. Explained the entire process for my service and had a realistic quote. Mikah arrived promptly on the service date and was very friendly and professional. He did a fantastic job and worked very efficiently while respecting my home.   Just had our ducts cleaned and the technician that came out was great! Super friendly and my dog even enjoyed him being there and was great with him too. He explained everything he was going to do and showed me pictures before and after of what our ducts looked like and it’s amazing the difference. I highly recommend Cutter Vac for duct cleaning services!
