  I love this company they don’t treat you like a customer. They treat you like family having no cold air in the summer with kids is no fun. Mondragon came right on time and in less than an hour found the problem and fixed it. The price was very reasonable and they followed up with me to see if everything mer my satisfaction. I can’t stress it enough go with this company.

  Amazing company. I have plenty of rental homes around Dallas and I strictly use Jorge and his team. I learned the hard way that going outside of this company just is not worth it. In the days of terrible customer service and covid being a great excuse to ramp up profitability for government and corporations. This company stays true to their customers. Couldn’t recommend it more. 5 star service and pricing.

  Jorge is easy to get in touch with, and always helpful. He was thorough in explaining my options for repair and replacement, and I chose the option that made the most sense to me. A few months after installation, something wasn’t working quite right, so I reached out and he had someone to me within hours. I know that’s near impossible with the labor shortage today, so I was extra grateful that he made my needs a priority. Highly recommend.
