I would recommend this company for any construction project. Overall the company's staff and subcontractors are very efficient and pay attention to the details. Monarc is very responsive to issues that occur after construction is completed. Thanks to Mac, Mike, Eric and Gene for a great product and a great experience!

they did remodeling at 660 kenyon house ... poor quality work ... poor quality materials ... The project managers were incompetent and disrespectful people who did what they wanted and not what the owners said ... the work from before delivering it was already deteriorating due to the poor quality of the materials .. the only thing that worried him was that the contract money would be delivered ... and the guarantee of work already completed never responded ... BAD COSTRUCTION COMPANY ... NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY REASON
