  Business owners beware! I used this company to service our businesses A/C unit and they never gave me an honest answer. It’s been three weeks and I still don’t have a functioning A/C unit. One day they would say it’ll be up in running in 24 hours. Then they need another part or oils need to be ordered. They have given us the run around for three weeks. My staff says they come in confused and leave with no update. I thought I was hiring a professional company based on their website but our experience has been a nightmare!

  We have served over 75,000. Customers since 1991. You Forgot to tell- You removed the lock and turned on the electrical Power without asking after new compressor was installed but no pipe connected, no vacuum or Freon. Ran empty compressor all day without asking and messed it up. Used pressure washer to clean outside condenser coil and ruined the unit. Refuse to show service history of this unit. We are still trying to help you out patiently and trying out best without complaining.

  To anyone considering using this company- please be aware that the owner Anil does not pay his employees. He promises to pay them, then lies about when the money will come, and ultimately does not pay them at all. Please consider this when choosing your hvac Company. If the owner does not even pay his own employees for work performed, what does that say about his integrity and willingness to do a quality job and honor service agreements and warranties?

  Your husband had no idea about running a business, also whatever he said was he couldn't do any of that. It turned out to be a big joke. We still paid him lot more than what he deserved even though he was on commission.

  After calling many other companies as to which most of them never even called me back... I decided to use AVS Air Conditioning and Heating. Let me tell you, this company treated me like a celebrity! I needed an entire new unit. AVS Air gave me the best price with payment plan and the best possible service. They're clean, knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this company!
