  Beyond horrible customer service. They apparently don’t warranty their units. Supposedly don’t have any supervisors that can help resolve an issue. Bunch of unhelpful reps that try and skate any responsibility with their products. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand than these folks.

  We are an HVAC company that has used Modine heaters in the past. We had 1 installed for one of our customers of 20 years. Well they had a cracked heat exchanger after in use for 2 years. The company had us take photos first then go back and take photos of the work area then again to remove the shell and take more photos. All this time the customer had no heat! They implied that there maybe chemicals that caused it to crack and denied our warranty! But if we paid to send it back they may change their minds! We changed the unit heater out for our customer at no cost to them because that is good customer service. Dening the waranty does not follow their Quality Assurance that is posted on their Web site. Our complaints have fallen on deft ears! They dont deny that there is a crack in the exchanger just that something outside ( like chemicals) caused it! Some Warranty Huh
