Jims Comfort HVAC is the same as Laypath HVAC (closed) in Racine WI. Perhaps some of the most rude and unprofessional pair (Rob & Jim) I've dealt with. They advertise through Craigslist but fail to mention the name of their business, perhaps intentionally. I'm guessing Rob doesn't want you looking up his name for a past charges that were filed. I have a feeling this is one of those, "You get what you pay for" scenarios. Personally, I'd recommend looking for a more reputable shop, one that has other reviews and uses written estimates and contact info.
