When my dual fuel HVAC stopped producing A/C, I decided to give Milstead and Milstead a try. As a NEW customer, Milstead and Milstead (Paul) willingly arrived within a few hours of my first call, and they arrived exactly at the time estimated. They fixed the problem quickly. Note: I did have to leave a message on my first call (I also sent them an email), but they returned my call and were at my house within a few hours. Thanks!
