  Our technician, Kelsey Sweeney, has been maintaining our AC system for the past few years. She is very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. We value her trustworthy opinion on the system's status and its needs. For example, she recommended we install a Solace UV System to "neutralize biological growth for improved indoor air quality." We got this system and agree that it certainly improved the indoor air quality. Kelsey is also very personable and we are glad (and relieved) she is "our" technician.

  I would like to recap my experience with Millian Aire Enterprise Corp . Since My Purchase in January 2021, I have had multiple issues with myHVAC unit. The issue relies on the sale of a 5ton unit . I wont fault the sales Representative because any company could have made the same mistake. Our home began with issues of multiple clogged drains , water leaks from the ceiling and system shutting down ! Causing the home to rise close to 98 degrees. I contacted there emergency hotline twice overnight and did not received a call until 0900hrs the next day. Contacting the residential manager on múltiple occasion. We had several technicians come out to the property and make several modifications to the air handler and added a new supply return. Several days later the air-handlers pan was overfilled. lots of condensation !Next visit there a a crack coil in the handler. I requested a second opinion from a certified HVAC company and was informed that the 5TON was overcooling .The unit that Millian-Aire installed may be too big for my home and the rolling air in the ducts is circulating and cannot remove the humidity and going back into the air handler causing condensation. The recommendation was a heat load capacity test and specs / static pressure test to ensure the 5ton was not oversize. Seven months (Sep 2021 )they made the final determination to exchange the unit to a 4Ton stating I will not have issues . Three days after install I have condensation on the outside of the supply plenum.THE mastic has MELTING Away due to the Moisture ! I was informed from the install techncian that I previous had the light gray (pls see photo) and that he was adding the Dark Gray to hold BETTER ! IT did not do the job ! The Aluminum tape is showing! I have never experience this with my old 17 year unit ! On another Note: We chose millian-aire overall due to quality of service and customer satisfaction Not sure what happened here ! With the amount of money and heartache of aTrane system I should not have ZIPTIEspulling on a PVC pipe for tensión.This PVC requires Millian-Aire ATTENTION ! We do not want a ZIPTIE holding down or pulling down a pipe! If it needs to be remove / reattch and drilled properly to the wall for proper water flow please have the technician do so . I contact the Install manager and still waiting to have a proper UV LIGHT install, MASTIC Taken care of course proper extended warranty due to the hardache the company has cause! Seven months and still have yet to receive a call regarding the extended warranty due to the on going issues! please understand my fustration!Your time and attention to this matter is very important to our family. We have been very patient working alongside the company but somehow it appears that on multiple ocassions we have an appointment with Millian-Aire and the technician is not properly informed of the job to perform at the home or not provided the tools necessary to perform the job function .Leaving the customer with the extensive Heartache of another incomplete job and having to reschedule for another day . Most companies were around or near the same price as Milian AIRE Enterprise. But what really drove the sale for Milli-aire was the comfort specialist MR. Chris Franke. This Gentleman was very detailed with the Unit and handler I wanted.(Defitnetly not a pushy sales person) Provided me time to discuss option with my spouse. The unit Was @ a Fair price compare to the other quotes. The 10 yr extended warranty provide by the company was at a reasonable price if I would like to purchase. Chris was upfront everything was black and white. no hidden fee ! I would like to thank you MR Chris Franke for your dedicated service to this HAPPY customer . Keep up the great work !   We called Millian-Aire on a Monday for a quote on a new ac/heating unit. Chris came out the same day. He was very attentive to what we looking for. From start to finish he was great to work with. He even came out when the install was happening. The install crew consisting of Corey, Brian and Roger were awesome. They where very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.
