  Travis was quick to respond to our request for help. He spent almost 2 hours diagnosing and correcting an issue with the wiring of our unit and verified everything was working as it should before leaving. He was professional in appearance and demeanor. When I called to request service the call taker was polite, pleasant, and explained how the process would work. An awesome experience from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Mike Clark hvac for any heating and cooling needs! Great to have a local business that takes pride in their work and treats customers with great care. Thank you!!

  We were very happy with the service we received from Jordan with Mike Clark. We had another company tell us that we had a cracked heat exchanger and Jordan confirmed that our unit was perfectly fine. He took time to explain how he assessed that we did not need a heat exchanger. Jordan was friendly and professional - which we have found to be a rare experience with contractors, service providers these days. We would highly recommend this HVAC contractor.

  I’ve used these guys 3 times now. Every time has been very prompt and friendly service however very very overpriced. They get out to you asap and they are professional and courteous, however $100 fixes end up being $400 almost every time. Last time they tried to sell me a $80 thermostat for $300+ so I was able to negotiate the price down. If you need prompt service but are willing to get butt rammed for it, these are your guys!
