  The day he came out to check out my dryer he said he needed to run new duct from my dryer to outside that’s why my dryer wasn’t heating like it was supposed to. I asked him how much he would charge he said it would be a total of $165, $80 for him coming out that day and $85 when he re ran the duct. Well when he get here and done the work he changed the price from $85 to $140.😳 bad business

  We were very pleased with the quality of the work done by A&I's installers and the price we paid for new heating and air. They were very polite and conscientious. Even when we had an issue with the dimensions of new furnace, they made a number of possible suggestions to correct the problem. Would use again without hesitation.

  Had an appointment between 8:00am and 8:30am no show! I called the company at 9:30 and was told that the technician was stuck in traffic. At 10:30, I called a second time and was told that the technician had gotten tied up on his first appointment and that all the exits were closed down and they were having trouble getting to me. They told me that they would just call my landlord. (After I told them that I was on 65 yesterday with no highway closure). They called him and said I cursed them out and that they would not be come. Thank god my daughter was on the other line and heard the entire conversation. Had no reason to curse!!!!!
