We have 2-10 Home Warranty, they almost always send Four Seasons when we make a service call. Mark is wonderful, he talks to our animals when he comes and treats us like family. Our 27 year old Trane furnace was not working and on its last leg. We decided replacement would be better than waiting for a part during freezing weather. The next day, we had a new Ducane furnace installed by Will and Guy. They were great installers and cleaned up after themselves very well. Four Seasons will always be our first choice for HVAC services.

We went through them because of our home warranty. I was nervous because I looked up reviews before they had come out, but they were great! From Laura who answers the phones to Mark, and both repair techs that came out. They were all nice friendly and professional. I’d recommend them to anyone.

BEWARE!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE WORKING THE HOME WARRANTY SYSTEM!!! THEY KNOW HOW TO GET EXTRA MONEY OUT OF YOU!!! FACT: This company is ONLY in business because they work with two subpar Warranty companies. I was with First American Home Warranty for 7 years and because of Four Seasons I did not renew my contract and went with American Home shield who DOES NOT WORK WITH THEM.... and they cover BS modifications and code issues. Over the years Four Seasons has done work on our old Trane unit multiple times. There were NEVER extra charges. But now... the "non-covered charges" are out of control. Literally, after 7 years and MANY service requests, I have NEVER had to pay out of pocket outside of the $75 call out fee. Until this year with Four seasons. Our first issue was when we called them out for our HVAC. We needed a part replaced, yet the owner told my husband we needed to replace the entire HVAC and AC system and it would cost $8000. I walked up at the end of the conversation and said, there was no way we didn't have any money for that. Before I could say, Because my husband is battling stage IV cancer, the owner cut me off and said, "you not having money isn't my problem. I got 6 kids I need to feed." In the end, First American offered to replace my TRANE with a GOODMAN HVAC. I got a call from four seasons that the "uncovered charges" would be $1700! The home Warranty company was paying $600. I took the cash out, called a reputable company and they fixed the issue WITH A PART! no modifications. They told me my duct work was fine and my system was up to code. I knew this because LG&E was in my house 3 months earlier after they did work outside my home and told me if I wasn't up to Code they would not relight the gas. Second... Our AC was not blowing cold air. on 5/6/21 a four seasons tech came out and filled it with freon. By 5/12 the air was not cold. I resubmitted the claim and FIVE DAYS LATER a tech showed up and said ALL of the freon had leaked out. I needed a new coil and then hopefully that would fix the leak. If not, and "the leak is in the walls we will have to break into the walls." The next morning, the owner calls and again urges me to get a new system. I tell him no. He says "I'll submit the claim and then get back to you with what the company is going to cover and what is not covered." I got a call this morning with the $600 "Uncovered charges" 1. $75 to "Haul away the coil" 2. "$250 for safe freon removal" THERE IS NO FREON IN THE SYSTEM! 3. $150 for a switch upgrade for meet code requirements ( BS!) 4. $200 Duct modifications (BS!) Again... We JUST had LG&E and an HVAC company out who both said we were UP TO CODE and our DUCT WORK WAS FINE! These people are BAD BAD BAD!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!! They will take every penny and treat you like an idiot.
