  Complete installation of a master cool system. Gary was very helpful, explained everything in detail. Techs were knowledgeable, polite, on schedule AND finished the job as planned. Communication was good, answered all my questions (and phone calls) and were respectful of property. Thank you for a GREAT hometown experience.!!! Very satisfied

  Mid-State installed my HVAC in June of 2021 and I scheduled a 6 month reoccuring service PM in December of 2021. The service tech was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about my unit. He verified proper furnace operation for the winter months and tested my unit completely. I felt he listened to my concerns and took the time to answer all my questions which gave me complete confidence in the new unit and Mid-States quality of service. Great experience overall!

  I use the sheet metal fabricators here. They’re helpful and attentive when explaining drawings. The work is top notch!
