  Excellent heating and cooling checkup experience. My Service Tech, Ben, was on-time, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely choose Desert Sun Heating and Cooling for periodic checkups and repairs when needed in the future.

  Desert Sun must believe are above the law when it comes to court orders. They seem to think it’s okay to not honor a child support withholding order on one of their employees. So while they are making hundreds of thousands of dollars each year, they are keeping a struggling single mother from putting shoes on her kids feet. I’ve talked to management, payroll, and a number of employees who refuse to help because they “don’t know how to garnish wages”. With this kind of incompetence, imagine how they handle your money? You would think after 2.5 years they would figure out how to simply garnish a wage and hand it over to where it is due BY LAW.

  Called three times to have my AC serviced. All three times I was told that a technician will be returning a call back to arrange service. One day later (today) I still haven’t received a call. Unreliable company = shady service.
