  They had the part but little rock store sent me to north little rock, north little rock sent me back to little rock. It was a misunderstanding with the part and part number.

  I called and they looked up the part I needed for my washer to make sure they had it in stock. Took about 5 minutes if that to get the part I needed. Very helpful
