  I have 220 service to a heating appliance in my garage and my 40 amp breaker tripped for the first time since the garage was built 3 years ago. I could see some melting had occurred inside the subpanel. I called Mickle on Tuesday and 2 techs arrived at my home the following day 10 minutes before the stated time. Shortly afterwards Shane called me at work to review the issues and what they would need to do to get it fixed including replacing the subpanel and running heavier gauge wire to the heating unit. They were extremely professional and made the necessary repairs within a few hours. I take a lot of pride in my garage as we use it for recreational space among other things. Their work was outstanding and I'm now getting the highest efficiency out of the appliance. Furthermore Shane called the following day to make sure the work was to our satisfaction which was a nice added touch. I would recommend Mickle Electric to anyone in need of a quality electrician and I assume their HVAC work is equally good. This was a refreshing change from the experience I had with the original electrician. I'll be calling Mickle for all of my electric and HVAC needs.

  I have used Mickle Electric and the thing that makes them stand out above the rest is ownership of work. I had them update my panel in Feb of 2021 and repair what non-license electrician did. 9 months later my dishwasher seemed to be without power. I reached out to Alison with Mickle Electric who sent someone over to make sure it did have power as I haven't used it since January, which there was power and the issue is with the appliance. I know I sleep better knowing my house was worked by Mickle Electric.

  Needed some pretty simple work done after my home inspection. Customer service/receptionist is amazing, super friendly and knowledgeable. The contractor and (I believe) apprentice that came out were on time, very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I haven’t received my invoice yet, but was quoted a very reasonable price. As a new homeowner they’re going to be my go-to, I believe :)
