  I’m not sure where to begin. If there were more stars I would give them all. During our coldest weeks our heating acted up and kept turning on and off and then occasionally making a banging sound that without exaggeration made the whole home vibrate. So we called Michael and Sons since they installed it about 9 years ago. On the phone, they were kind, patient, courteous, responsive, and forward about what to expect timewise and price-wise. For the most part Natasha handled our case over the phone and she was amazing even giving me her direct line. We were sent a technician by the name of Wayne M. He was so so patient, warm, kind, so polite, took his time and care with our unit moved between our basement and outside to really assess the situation. After he left and assessed the situation we were waiting on a quote, but told them we were going to check with our unaffiliated home warranty to see if they could give us a quote on the issue to compare to. At this point our heat was still functioning on and off and at worst we’d drop to the late 60s prior to it trying to kick back on. So it was livable. Our home warranty came, took apart our motor without our knowledge, which wasn’t on the initial Michael and Sons assessments at all, and basically said they’d get a motor when they were able to break a deal for the Cheapest and most convenient cost and timing to them, which could leave us (me and my 3 elderly family members) living in 50 degrees and dropping temperatures. We were, needless to say, very worried and displeased, especially now that the problem became larger. We called Michael and sons again, told them our situation, and with great speed they sent Wayne to come reassess the situation, he was incredible and infuriated just like us with how our warranty handled the situation. Within 24-48 hours…. What one awful, unaffiliated (home warranty sent) technician said could take up to months, was handled. Wayne came back eventually, bringing another extraordinary technician (Mike, I believe) with him. Our situation was taken care of in a timely, professional, and human way. In a day and age when, the old school love of job no matter the job, working with passion, kindness, professionalism and honesty are all things we heard about as kids, and never really experienced and certainly rarely experience now …. This was refreshing and inspired me to write this, I know, very long review. If I could write more I would. Care was taken every step of the way, from the doormat upon entrance, booties over shoes to insure our home stayed clean, the calls, texts and tracking notifications if they were running behind from another job, to the efficiency and importance they gave to their work and clients. Thank you Wayne, Mike, and Natasha, and everyone at Michael and Sons for keeping my family warm physically and spiritually. Strongest work ethic I’ve seen in years.

  Top notch as usual. Had a severe clog at home and the company had a plumber over within the hour. Other companies proposed drastic work to include removing fixed pieces but Michael and Son just fixed it outright in about 15 minutes. Fairly priced (actually competitively priced) and got the job done both quickly and right.

  Very professional and Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness I called Michael & Son's after a HVAC from my warranty company did an incomplete job. I throughly enjoyed the services provided to me The technicians Jose were very knowledgeable, professional, and genuine people to be around to have a conversation with. It's evident the company treats its employees well and provides them opportunity for career growth. prices are steep, but well worth it in my opinion.
