  They told use it was a $75 service charge. But when we gave them our credit card information they billed our card for $121… Now I can’t get them to answer my calls. they Didn’t do anything to unit except tell use we needed a heating element that was $600. We ordered the part ourselves and the cost was $104. I will be reporting then to BBB today.

  Actually, Michael Pollitt, Inc. are license & insured HVAC & PLUMBING subcontractors. We moved in a recently completed new construction villa in Sebring and our master shower drain would did not work (standing water...no drainage). My wife left a voice message on Sunday morning & received a voice message before 8:30 am on Monday. This company arrived at our door ahead of scheduled time and worked continuously to resolve our issue. Respected our property by using protective shoe coverings, making sure to clean up all work areas and checked out each plumbing area throughout our home. Very impressive work ethics.
