  Five stars to Paul Blackman for not putting body Camara's on his officers. It shows he doesn't care about them or the citizens of this county. To serve n protect,,,ha !!! Your not serving anyone by being ignorant n your sure as hell not protecting the officer's or is citizens. You Paul Blackman are as dirty of a cop as a blood soaked tampon. Resign!!!

  Highlands sheriff Blackman has a data base on all residents. Its called M.N.I any time you get talked to or pulled over or what ever they log your information in it. This is called Is intelligence lead policing which should be band. Gather data on law abiden citizen for no crime should be stopped 😤. Then to have there officers use the data to get your adress to make threats should be a CRIME. PIGMANVIDEOS AUDITS YOUTUBE. ALL THERE TO SEE. Harassed for filming. Unbelievable treatment from the officers so bad its unbelievable hey still has a Khalia certification. At this department

  We have a system where deputies can look up anyone who has come in contact with county law enforcement. So if you have gotten a ticket, been in a crash, been the victim of a crime or been arrested or any of several ways your name could end up in a report, you are in MNI. It is the same with every law enforcement agency in the country. MNI by no means includes everyone in Highlands County. Not even close.

  Amazing department. They care about the community they serve. I have never encountered a member of the Highlands County Sheriffs office that was not outstanding. Every member I have come in contact with is professional, helpful, and kind. Thank you, and Sheriff Blackman for all you do!
