  They're the only local company that will service and repair my 60 year old oil furnace. The tech that works on the oil fired equipment really knows his trade.

  Wow! Talk about GREAT customer service. I have a local (Mount Vernon) office, EARS2U Hearing Aids. The furnace went out and they were out the same day and diagnosed it, and actually able to fix it the next day. From the front office person Sue, to the two service men that fixed our heat in the midst of crazy winter weather, we are very grateful... Very efficient and fair prices. So many businesses do not understand that customer service is the key! Would recommend this company to anyone, and everyone!
