Absolute Plumbing just lost my business. We've used them since we bought our house in 2004 and have always been happy with their work. However, we just experienced a plumbing emergency and are unable to use our toilets. They wouldn't schedule us for 5 days from today. When my wife, close to tears, said we've been with them since 2004, the receptionist's response was to find another plumber. So we did just that.

We bought a new wall oven from Lowes, who contacted Absolute Plumbing to come to our house to take measurements before ordering the appliance. Once the appliance arrived, Absolutely Plumbing delivered it and installed the oven quickly and efficiently. Their office called to make arrangements and set the appointment for the next day. We are very pleased with their service.

Originally it was hard to fine an appointment soon enough, but they ended up coming a day earlier than they thought they could, and the plumber who came was courteous, kind, quick, and thoroughly fixed the issue.
