  I called and they were to come outthe next day.. never showed. Called again and they came. He blew water inside my house, took filter out and left it out, left screws lying on top of the unit that I still am not sure where they go. I called to complain and his mom assured me all that was normal. The ac seemed to work.. received my bill and paid promptly. About 10 days later, ac stops again. It was on the weekend so i messaged several times, and never got an answer. That's my complaint. Fine, nobody is perfect but you should stand behind your work and not charge someone and then not fix the problem. Will not use again

  They are polite/friendly very personable which is a lost art today. They are prompt in returning calls and scheduling appt.s to get your repair or new install. I recommend these guys.
