the Technician was, on time, polite, professional, However our ref/freezer still doesn't work right. he worked on it for just over two hours and charged us 581.46$, just for Labor. and it still isn't working right. Our Kenmore Elite was less than five years old, we were told the compressor was still under warranty, some warranty?

I expected a Sears Repairman and that is not who showed up. After sending a text saying he was on his way, he finally showed up an hour and a half later. He said it would be cheaper to replace than to repair. I have a stacked set so we're talking about 2000.00. He took my washer apart then said he needed a book in order to figure out where everything goes. HE DIDN'T WEAR A MASK!!!!!!!!! I called his office and told them, they hung up on me. I CALLED THEM BACK and said the other girl hung up on me and I want your tech out of my house. The company that came is A&E. Check their reviews. She told me there would be no charge (that's right). I went back to where the " tech" was and he said "honey, I've been screaming for you for 20 minutes." I told him I was on the phone with his office and he needs to pack up and leave. He said ok let me get paid, lololol, I said no this one is free. NIGHTMARE ON MY STREET. CHECK REVIEWS, I DIDN'T BUT WILL ALWAYS FROM NOW ON.
