  Excellent installation. Very professional at all times. Great crew that came out that did the installation. HVAC equipment was exactly what we needed for our installation. Sales team was awesome and did not try to sale us anything that was not needed. I would and will recommend Merrill Sheet Metal Works to any one looking for repairs or upgrades.

  The entire experience with Merrill Sheet Metal Works was great. We called to get an estimate on getting a whole home humidifier install and they were able to have someone come out the next day to look at the furnace set up and get more information to give an accurate estimate. He remembered installing the furnace prior to us buying the home and offered to get the warranty transferred to our name and to remove an old hot water heater at no charge. Installation went great and the guys let us know what they were doing the whole time and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond and provided great customer service from our first phone call, through the process, and a follow up phone call after the work was complete. They even offered to come back to fix or clean up anything if we weren't happy with it but they did everything beyond our satisfaction the first time. We Highly recommend Merrill Sheet Metal Works!

  We have purchased from Merrill Sheet Metal Works in the past. They are very easy to work with. They are very professional and are very knowledgeable about their product. They come out and do an estimate to make sure that you are getting the right product for your need. They had my new furnace in and installed in about 5 hours. They made sure that we had no questions before they left. Very nice people work there. I would suggest to anyone looking for a new furnace or air conditioner to give them a chance. You will not be sorry.
